Thank the Lord above, I am back and I am going to keep going from today on, Lord willing,  cuz I don't wanna be like this anymore. TODAY 60 minutes 3 miles and 383 calories!!!!!!!!!!

BACK TO SQUARE ONE! (SAD FACE!)

I feel so bad mentally and physically from working out and I do have a good reason... I fell, AGAIN, and this time I slipped on a railroad track with the TRAIN COMING!! Not one person came to my rescue cuz only skinny girls get saved by people. OH WELL. Today is Monday, November 2, and I had an unexpected day off from class, so I've been shopping and doing class work. I need to hit the treadmill and I plan on it BUT I have just gotten into that procrastination habit and I feel like a whale. Please keep me lifted up in prayer cuz I need all the help I can get! Amen! Have a great workout!!

FINALLY! I am Restarting!!

Today is Sunday Oct. 18, so it's been a long time since I've done any exercise, BUT here's the reasons. I just got off antibiotics yesterday and I feel better, finally! I didn't won't to mess with my body getting over an illness, PLUS when I fell the other day, I truely screwed somethings up in my body and they aren't all the way healed, but I needed to get some exercise to stop feeling guilty, and to relieve some (pharmacology test) anxiety. So this is Week One , again, I did 30 minutes, 1.75 calories, and 1.36 miles. NOT GREAY, BUT A GOOD START!!! Have a great workout and I wish you all great health!

BAD WEEK

I have had a bad week health wise. I still have a sore throat, ear ache, full of fluid, body aches and pains, plus good old fashion nausea and vomiting. I did go to the doctor who tested me for the flu; neg. results Thank goodness, but still not 100% . THEN on a overcast, wet  and cold day I was carrying out the trash and while wearing clogs I slipped and went down hard on both my wrist, arm and arse! I have broken my wrist that way before in '04, I believe, and when I started getting up, that's the first thing I worried about, but Thank God, no immediate swelling on either wrist. Sore and painful, legs and arms, and my whole right arm is in pain when I use it or not, so... where is all this leading?? No exercise for this week except for the 5.79 miles for week 5. I am NOT going to chance anything today by getting started too early and causing ANY damage, so I plan on starting with treadmill tomorrow.

HELLO Fellow Exercisers!!

Today is Monday, cloudy, cool, overcast, and a great day to exercise!! I did 60 minutes, 2.83 miles, and burned 364 calories!!! Heck YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am also testing a new antiperspirant for a company. I will tell you how that is going through out the week, with out revealing the company. I know I am NOT the only person who sweats alot while exercising, and I know we are suppose to sweat, I just want to postpone it till I am not handling weights, or when I am trying to see out of my eyes!!(JOKE!!)  Have a great workout and challenge yourself!!

A Raining Sunday!!

Today 's a Sunday, it's raining and cool outside. It's a perfect day to chill, watch a movie, but also the perfect day to exercise! Todays totals: 60 minutes, 2.91 calories, and 374 calories. You may wonder why my time is more on some days with less mileage, that's because some days I stroll steadily along and some days I vary the routine, fast and slow. ALL DAYS, fast or slow are excellent! Have a great workout!!
