AMEN!! I DID IT AGAIN!!

You just don't know how proud I am of myself for forcing myself to do this little workout!! It may be little compared to what I used to do or even what you do now, but every little bit does something good for your body, mind, and soul!! Today 55 minutes, 2.87 miles, and 357 calories burned. I do arm work like curls, butterflys, shoulder presses, and I even do standing pushups with feet off the band and press on the arm rest. I walked slowly backwards to Rihanna, I do girlie walks and sway hips forcefully to and fro, I do lunges.  I walk slow and then jog, then slow; back and forth to burn those calories. I try to incorporate alot into one! I wish you well on your road to success and drop me hints or inspirational ideas that motivate you! Have a great workout!!

Whenever I feel like eating a bag of chips...I pick up a peach or grapes instead...and I drink lots of water so that I become full faster :)...and I keep in mind those skinny jeans of mine that I would like to look fabulous in lol...keep up the healthy routine...you will love the way you feel!
