Weight Lifting!!!

Well, I did it! I started doing a short lower body workout with ab work included. I used ankle weights and did donkey kicks and inner and outer thigh lifts. I did lower and upper abs. I have some 40 lb.. dumb bells waiting to be picked up at Walmart that I plan on using for my upper body training. NO, I DO NOT WANT HUGE MUSCLES, I just want to use my muscles so they'll firm up and tone the rest of my body. The only problem I have with this is that I do honestly become addicted to it. That's my main goal of the day: either upper or lower along with cardi (treadmill 55 minute min.) Oh WELL, I could be addicted to something worse...
