Just got off the treadmill, and I am dripping BUT, YEAH!!! 55 minutes, 2.68 miles, and I burned 368 calories. New this work out on tread mill, I walked backwards, slowly for all of Umbella, by Rhiana, and I added slow mid knee march, also I do arm exercises with slower walk. I do raise my pulse along with the speed but I also do a strech before and after.
ALSO I started drinking a min. of 1 glass red or white wine. I still dronk my 1-2 tablespoon of allple cider vinegar in mornings. I am doing great with my food intake. Thank GOODNESS, I think I may be getting into that addiction again!!!
