STARTING SUNDAY 27 September 2009

Starting this Sunday 9/27/09 I will start a new schedule and way that I count my days. From Sunday on I will count my week from Sunday to Saturday. My goal is to workout 4 times a week on the treadmill, because I need the cardio to help me lose the weight. My plan is to exercise Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. That's my plan and since I have my weights now I'll incorporate those into the program also. I'm hoping that it'll be cool enough in the afternoons to carry out my plans.  Also, I am donating blood tomorrow for the American Red Cross, so I will not be doing any exercise that day. Did you know that something like 40 % of the population can donate blood, but only 3% do. Did you know that my one donation can save the lives of 3 people. 3 people, that's amazing. Please donate today because you never know when you are a family member or dear friend my need some to live.
