Yes, I know, I haven't been here or on the treadmill since Sunday, even after I said I was going to walk more. My problem is I need to set a schedule and stick to it! I go to school 4 days a week, have homework, and lots of studying to do, and some days I do get home late, ( I am a morning person!) but I CAN set a reasonable schedule and do my best. I think next week I'll start on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, and hopefully it won't be over 80 or 85 degrees next week because it does get too hot in the workout room, and I'm in no condition to benefit from a heated workout like heated yoga, so wish me well for next week!! This week...Today..55 minutes, 346 calories, and 2.69 miles. I did 5 minutes of marching with high knees!! I am going to do some leg exercises with wts, in a little while. The weather is perfect here in Garland/Dallas, Texas today! First day of Fall and it's beautiful!

Thanks, I am glad I'm back too! I need to start a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, or Sunday to get 4 days of treadmill and now since you helped me get my dumb bells, I can do a little weight training! I told SHamayne that I have more energy now and some nights it's hard for me to go to sleep!
