Second Week COMPLETED!!

Yes!! I DID IT!! 55 minutes, 2.74 miles, 350 Cal. I am confused on how to calculate distance for the week so from now on I will do Sun to Saturday SO I've walked from last Sun. til Sat. (yesterday) only 8.49 miles but 994 calories! As we all should know for every 3500 calories in or out of your body is equal to 1 pound, so at this rate I'll only get rid of a little over 1 pound a month. PLEASE DON"T QUOTE ME ON THIS!! I will do research and get back to you!  BUT I feel 100% better than when I started. I can tell my endurance is up and that's great PLUS I am not having to force my self everyday: I look forward to it: it's me time!!I give myself six weeks to (hopefully) see some improvements, but I do see mental gaine already also.
FYI-Claire Bear is learning to give herself (and family members) insulin injections and feeling a little better! Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers!!
